Services the GCS Foundation provides:

  • An assigned in-office Financial Case Manager;
  • Individual checking/saving account - no co-mingled funds;
  • Monthly bank reconciliation of all checking/savings accounts;
  • Establishment of a monthly cash flow (budget) including an emergency savings plan;
  • Timely payment of all your bills;
  • Personal spending checks mailed directly to the consumer/client on a weekly basis if desired;
  • A secure Post Office Box address to receive all your monthly bills, and;
  • A 24 hour voice mail, email and fax service.

How can the GCS Foundation help me?

The advantages of having the GCS Foundation as representative payee include the payment of personal living needs on a timely basis; the distribution of personal and incidental money paid to you weekly - if needed that frequently, and an annual report of all income and distribution received and paid by the GCS Foundation office.

How are the services paid for?

If you are a Utah Medicaid recipient and you live in Salt Lake County there is no fee for this service.
